1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Menjalin Gateway ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Menjalin Gateway provides WhatsApp messaging API integration services, allowing users to send and receive messages through WhatsApp Business API. The Service includes instance management, message queuing, and delivery tracking.

3. User Account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must verify your account via email or WhatsApp OTP
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • One account per user/business is allowed
4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messages without recipient consent
  • Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Business Policy
  • Transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for any service interruptions caused by third-party providers, including WhatsApp.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy to provide and improve our Service.

7. Fees and Payment
  • Free tier usage limits apply as specified on our pricing page
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selection
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • Violation of WhatsApp policies resulting in API access suspension
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
9. Limitation of Liability

Menjalin Gateway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Menjalin Gateway and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
